Shipping & Deliveries FAQ

 - Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on orders about $500.  For orders below $500, we simply charge the cost price of shipping that we are able to obtain from couriers.

 - Do you offer Express or Regular Post?

Both - on checkout, you are able to choose whether you would like your order to be dispatched via express or regular post.

Artwork FAQ

 - Do I have to supply print-ready artwork?

No! You are welcome to simply supply your logo or any artwork that you have along with instructions on what you would like.  We'll always send you an artwork proof prior to printing.

 - Do you have templates that I can use?

Yes - you can download templates for all products on our website on the templates page of our website.

Decoration FAQ

 - Which decoration methods do you have?

We are able to decorate garments and items using either Screen Printing, Direct-To-Film Prints, Embroidery, Transfer Prints, Sublimation, UV Printing and Laser Engraving.  All of these methods are done in-house at our location in Richmond, Victoria.

Offset Printing is the only decoration method that we source through 3rd party suppliers - who are located in either Melbourne or Sydney depending on the item.
